Language Processing Strategies

Welcome…

In our everyday communications with the people around us, we employ a set of language processing strategies which allow us to extract from the speech of others the meaning of the words, phrases and sentences that they use. These processes must be respected and, when possible, exploited for the positive benefit of the listener.

You can use these language processing mechanisms in a way which will allow you to communicate with both the conscious and the unconscious portions of your listener's mind. You will also be able to determine what is being communicated consciously as well as unconsciously by others:

  • In the Media

  • In Politics and Government

  • In Relationships

  • Over the Internet

  • On this site you are going to learn the linguistic distinctions necessary for you to understand and use these techniques. After you have visited this site regularly for a while, you will have learned to use these strategies so that you can make creative and skillful use of these unconscious processing mechanisms.
